1. What is Photologo?
Photologo is your unique, handwritten signature, specially created by our Professional Artists.
2. How to order?
Simply go to the
Order
Page at the top right corner of your screen and fill out the short questionnaire that will help your Artist understand your preferred style.
3. What is the format of the Photologo?
Photologos come in .PNG format. You will receive a low resolution (1280×800) and super high resolution (8000×5000) version in both black and white on the transparent background. These versions can be used for a wide range of purposes, such as sharing on your social media, website, emails and much more.
4. Delivery time?
7 working days delivery time is FREE for every Photologo, but you can request a 3-day or 1-day delivery for a small extra fee.
5. Can I see a preview of the Photologo before I purchase it?
Unfortunately, no. If we were to offer samples of each signature, the quality of designs would decrease, because our logos are handcrafted with creativity, skill, and passion by our lovely designers to ensure maximum quality and elegance.However, all Photologo orders are risk-free, thanks to three free revisions offered on every order. This allows you to make design and style changes to your signature.
6. How can I use it?
Usage of the Photologo is flexible due to the format that it is being delivered. You can use it to add it to your images, use it as your email signature, or print it on your business cards and promotional material. For our customers, we have prepared video tutorials that can help out: “

Payment questions
1. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard), Google Pay, Apple Pay, Paypal. We also accept Amex cards when paying through the PayPal option.
2. I have payment issues
If you are having a payment issue, please confirm with your bank that your card allows international purchases. If the issue persists, please contact our Customer Support via Chat or at:

Status of my Photologo
1. How to check the status of my Photologo?
As soon as you order your Photologo, our Artist will start designing it. Depending on the time frame that you selected, your Photologo will be delivered. We will notify you via email when your Photologo is delivered to your account.
You can also log in to your
Photologo account
and check the status of your order, or contact our Customer Support team via chat.
2. How to check the status of my revision?
The time frame for the delivery of your revised Photologo is 5 working days. As soon as we finish revising your Photologo, you will receive an email. You can always log in to your
Photologo account
and check the status of your Photologo.
Revision of my Photologo
1. How many free revisions do I have?
Every Photologo comes with three
free
revisions. If you reach that limit, you can purchase additional revisions directly from your Photologo account.
2. How to send a revision request?
Please log in to your
Photologo account
> Select your Photologo order > Leave a comment about what would you like to be changed and that’s it! > Your revised Photologo will be delivered within 5 business days!
Or, simply reply to the delivery email and your Account Manager will make sure that your Photologo is moved to the revision process.
Please note:
Revisions can be requested only if the Photologo has not yet been “Approved and Downloaded”. Once you approve your Photologo, you will not be able to send a revision request.Once a revision has been requested, you will not be able to download the previous versions of your Photologo, so please consider your revision request thoughtfully before submitting it.

3. What if I don’t have any free revisions left?
If you’ve used all of your free revisions but would like to continue adjusting your Photologo, you can buy additional revisions of your Photologo directly from your account. Leave a message in your order and your Account Manager will help you out with the process.
Where do I find my orders?
1. How to find my Photologo?
• Visit your Photologo account at this link:

• Enter your Email address and Password ( if you don’t know your password, see the ‘Account Issues > Forgot my account email/ password’ section provided below)
• Go to the “Orders” on the left side of your screen
• Click on your order
• You will see a preview of your Photologo design in the “Files” section
• From there, you can immediately download your products if you have previously approved the design.
• If you are reviewing the design for the first time, you can leave your feedback in the comment section, and your Account Manager will deliver you the final design via email, or submit it for a revision.
2. How to find additional products that I purchased?
• Visit your Photologo account at this link:

• Enter your Email address and Password (if you don’t know your password, see the ‘Account Issues > Forgot my account email/ password’ section provided below)
• Go to the “Orders” on the left side of the screen
• Click on the order with the product that you are looking for
• Under the “Files” section, your product will be available for your download.
Account Issues
1. Forgot my account email address / password
• Reset your password here:
‘Forgot My Password’ Page
• Enter your email address.
• Open up the email that you received from us.
• Click on the link provided in the email, containing the instructions to set your new password.
• Once you have accessed the Password Reset page, enter and confirm your new password.
• As soon as you confirm it, you are ready to log in to your Photologo account with your new password.
2. The link from my email is not working
If the Link is not working, please visit the
‘Forgot My Password’
page in order for you to create a password for your Photologo account.
• Enter your email address.
• Open up the email that you received from us.
• Click on the link provided in the email, containing the instructions.
• Once you have accessed the Password Reset page, enter and confirm your new password.
• As soon as you confirm it, you are ready to
login
to your Photologo account with your new password.
3. I can’t download my Photologo
If you are having technical difficulties downloading your Photologo, please clear the cache and cookies in your browser. Alternatively, try accessing your account and download it using a different browser. If the issue still persists, please reach out to our Customer Support Team via Chat or at: support@photologo.co
